Karen is excited abou the great sound of her new Blues project which pays tribute to some of her favourite singers, Sarah Vaughan and Aretha Franklin among others, The new line up features, Nic France drums, Domininc Ashworth on Guitar and Bill Mudge on Organ. Watch out for the launch gig at Pizza Express, Jazz CLub Soho 29th May.

Karen’s in Australia most of January but catch her first gig back in the UK on the
2nd Feb 2010 at the prestigious Pizza Express Jazz Club, Dean St, Soho.

Karen’s strikes a new distribution deal with a Japanese company to see three of her albums all readily available in stores.
Karen’s first album “Once in a LIfetime” hit the HMV Japan charts when it was released in 2002, so she has a solid following in Japan and hopes to tour sometime in the near future.
